Terms of Service

Submitting your cart creates a quote — it is an offer from us, not a completed sale, and nothing is charged at that point. Quotes are valid for a limited period. Prices, availability, and freight are confirmed when we approve your quote; the approved total shown with your Buy button is the price you pay.

• If pricing or availability changes before approval, we contact you before approving the quote.
• Quotes that are not purchased may expire and require re-submission at current pricing.

Payment is by card through Stripe's secure checkout. We do not see or store your card number. Your order is not placed with our suppliers until payment is complete, and you receive a receipt immediately after checkout.

Doors and frames are prepared to the specifications you confirm when adding them to your cart — including hinge location, lock location, handing, and size. Because these items are made or cut to your confirmed specifications, they cannot be resold and are non-returnable except for our error or a manufacturer defect.

• Review every specification on your quote before purchasing. The confirmed quote is the order of record.
• You are responsible for field-verifying all measurements — opening sizes, wall thickness, and existing hinge and lock locations — before submitting your cart.

Freight is quoted as curbside commercial delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

• Inspect every item at delivery before the driver leaves.
• Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt — claims are very difficult to pursue otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doors and More's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including job-site delays, lost profits, or labor costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
