Doors and Morecollects only what we need to quote and fulfill your orders. This page explains what that is, how it's used, and who processes it on our behalf.
What we collect
- Account information: company name, contact name, email address, phone, and delivery addresses.
- Order details: the items, specifications, quotes, and purchases tied to your account.
- Emails you exchange with us about quotes, orders, and your account.
How we use it
Your information is used only to process quotes and orders, arrange freight and delivery, and manage your account. We do not use it for anything unrelated to doing business with you.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers — we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and a reference for your receipt.
Service providers
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional emails such as quote approvals and receipts.
- Supabase — secure storage of account and order data.
Each provider processes your data only to deliver its service to us.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your information stays between you, us, and the service providers listed above.
Updating or deleting your data
To update or delete your account information, email quotes@arkansasdoorsandmore.com and we'll take care of it. Order records tied to completed purchases may be retained where required for accounting and tax purposes. You can also reach us through our Contact page.
